Notes:	Still improveable, took a slightly different route to my previous attempts
		which cuts a fairly large corner - good for an extra second.  To get a good
		time you need the shambler to cooperate; often I find that he's wandered off
		somewhere and is ignoring what I'm doing.  A cooperative shambler can hack
		off about two seconds.
		Sub 21seconds should be possible - also I'm working on ending with a grenade
		jump to the exit which would save another few seconds.

Notes:	Improved by a bit of bunnying - still much improveable.

Notes:	This is soooooooo cool.  Who needs shambler lightning?  Just let the big beastie
		smash ya right up to the switch while you laugh down at him.  Actually, I do get
		hit by the lightning too, but it slows me down :(  Still no grenade jump to finish.
		I wonder how many other people have also discovered this trick?

Time:	17.91
Notes:	Same run.  No lightning to slow me down, but the 'smash-jump' didn't put me as
		close to the switch.  It's not a very good run, really.  If I can get a grenade
		jump to finish (like I do in nightmare) then I should be able, with a good run,
		to get around the 16.5 mark.  The problem is getting the shambler to smash you
		high enough and in the right direction - you could try for hours and only get
		a couple of decent smashes - it's very, very frustrating as even if you get it
		right the shambler may not hit you as hard as he can.  Even if he does hit you up
		there, it's easy to miss the grenade jump at the end.

Time:	17.15
Notes:	Very nice smash from the shambler.  So good that I didn't dare risking a grenade
		jump to finish in case I wasted it.  Aren't I a wuss? ;]  The shambler was even
		kind enough to give me a boost as I ran to the lift.  I've now come to the
		conclusion that throwing a grenade from the switch and jumping to the exit from it
		is not possible - at least not for someone with my lack of skill.  The earliest I
		can throw the grenade is as I pass through the door - this still saves over a
		second but not as much as a grenade thrown earlier would.  This means that if I
		can end with a grenade jump a sub 16 second run is _possible_.
