Base                    : New foundry from scratch.
Editor used             : quest 2.12
Known Bugs              : rmg does not like to generate maps with this foundry.  keep 
			  trying and eventually it will work.  i don't know if this is rmg
			  or my prefabs, but.....  anyway, no other bugs that i know of really.
Build Time              : 4 or 5 days on and off
QBSP3 Time              : 17 seconds
QVIS3 (-level 4) Time   : 30 seconds
QRAD3 (-extra) Time     : five to ten minutes.

	*Note:  build times are based on a map with quantum 
		unit dimensions of 8x8x2 at 50% fill.
