Description :

Ever since I first released a screenshot of the sphere I used in
the intromap of RDE, there has been a lot of speculation about
it. Some people wouldn't even believe it was a Quake 1 level
(though I think the transparency might have misled them as well ;)

Anyway, it has since become more or less of an icon for the
missionpack. As probably everyone involved in the Q1 mapping
scene has seen it now, I figured it wouldn't hurt to answer the
many questions on 'how the f@ck I built that' by simply releasing
the map file.

Please keep in mind that you cannot run this map properly without
the required QuakeC; I therefor suggest you start Quake with the
-game RDE parameter when you want to play the map. It also means
you might bump into some entities you're unfamiliar with, see The
Forge (http://planetquake.com/worldcraft/index2.shtm) for details
about them. Oh, and even though this map is only one room, it takes
ages to VIS (about 4 hours on my p200).

Also, you need Stecki's WAD for the correct textures
(ftp://ftp.terrafusion.com/deconstruct/deconwad.zip)
