I liked this idea so much that I added extra entities - the story goes like
this :-

Before, you would activate one of the computer switches and the mutation
would happen - the monster was stuck inside the chamber still, which seemed
wrong somehow.
Now, after you activate the computer switch, the insane_soldier mutates into
the medic and then breaks his way out of the chamber, ready to try and gun
you down.

A good idea for this would be to give the monster an item which he drops,
or have an item inside the chamber with the monster - that would make
the whole thing really worth wile.

func_explosive entities for glass
2 x trigger_once with a 5 second delay activating the explosions.
