Homepage : The Dk Shrine Home Page.
This is the homepage of the 20 level DOOM II wad I
made, and my other Quake and Quake 2 levels.

Description : A military base style level desinged for single
player and co-op. This is a smallish level
designed for quick, easy, unencumbering gameplay.
Despite the small size, there are a lot of Strogg
you will need to demolish. Ammo and guns are tucked
and hidden away, so look around.

Additional Credits to : Christian Findlay for compiling the level for me.

Beta Testing Crew : Jay "Animal" Aiken, Shanon White.

Storage instructions : Warning. Do not expose level to direct sunlight.
Keep under 25 degrees centigrade in a cool,
                          dry place to avoid spoilage.
Keep away from naked flames and pregnant women.
WARNING: Not to be taken internally.

	* STORY

Stroggs conducting research? Well it is happening
under our noses, well above them, high up in the asteriod belt
encircling stroggos. Blueprints for a monster generator are located
on an asteroid and a group of renegade survivalists are building a prototype.

If we can get the CD, we will be able to understand their technology better
and use it as a base to develop out own.

* About the level *

Base : New level from scratch
Editor(s) used : Worldcraft 1.6
Build Time : Quite a while. I worked on it a little bit at a time.
Known Bugs : Possible Error: Index Overflow when playing Co-op.

NOTE : The room with the monster spawner may cause problems
if there are too many gibs. If the game seems to pause
when you blow up a bunch of monsters, just wait
a while. This probably wont happen unless you
take way too long to shut it down.

Ammo is tight, so dont waste any! Dont use the
supershotgun or a grenade for a blaster guard on his lonesome.

Compile machine : Pentium 3 450. 128 Mg RAM

QBSP Time : 44 seconds
ArghLight (-extra -bounce 32) Time : ~2110 seconds
VIS (-level 4) Time : ~1200 seconds

*Additional Information *

Have fun playing. This level was designed to be fun and easy,
but not too easy. You will need to criss cross the level
quite a bit and watch your ammunition. Finding the secrets helps a lot,
and weapons and ammo are tucked away, so make sure you check the level thoroughly
or else you wont have the equipment to finish it.

You'll miss much of the visuals without a 3D card.
