Reeling from the grounding of most of their attack pods on Day 1 of the
invasion, the United States Marine Corps realized that an effective
geurilla offensive could still be waged if the remaining soldiers could
somehow be coordinated. Alpha Project was organized to fill the need
of stealthily descending to Stroggos, finding isolated pockets of
marines, and setting up a strong communications network amongst these
survivors. To this end Aplha Project proved intsrumental in the major
flanking maneuver which turned the tide in the Humans' favor during the
major offensive against the capitol of Stroggos.

The members of Alpha Project are highly trained in electronics and
communications. This skin depicts a typical Alpha Project CommTech.

This skin is my first one made totally from scratch -- actually, from
a wireframe base filled in. It is my third one submitted to
skins.telefragged.com. It took forever doing the arms, because the
brown color gradient just isn't adequate in the Q2 palette.

Please feel free to "wear" the skin when you play. If you want to use
part of it to make another skin, please just ask me first.
