The Energy Drainer, version 2.0
Copyright (c) 1998 by Zarniwoop (Jess Crable):
===================================================================

Changes since version 1.0:
	- Smarter Tazerball
	- Different fire routine- hold ALT-FIRE to charge.
	- Charge strength determines the energy drain potential
	- New Sounds
	- Gun needs time to recharge between ALT-Fire shots. The
	  stronger the charge, the longer the recharge duration.
===================================================================

The Energy Drainer is a modified ASMD that has a completely
different use in Alternate Fire mode. Alternate fire launches
a projectile at the target; if it it's the target, the
projectile will stick to them and slowly drain energy (and
speed). Once the projectile is "full" it will make every effort
it can to return to the owner- once it reaches the owner it
will refuel them with the health taken from the victim.

Trying to shoot when you're already surrounded by a projectile
can sometimes disrupt the shot.

The projectile will try to return to you no matter where you go.
If it does happen to get stuck, it'll resume the search as soon
as you are within its sight again.

When casting a reddish light, the projectile is in attack mode.
When casting a greenish light, the projectile is in refuel mode
(giving health to the owner).
