with a 3d card so it will look good.


Map :  DM-SatansShootingRangeInHell,
this gets your attention because
there are 1500+ maps now out there! for unreal and UT alone and 
at least +2000 for quake 1 and 2.


All mod authors of tc's or ctf makers:  u are allowed to modify this 
map and use it and redistribute it freely!!!!!
just keep it at a min of half dark! 
(to me the map is 3/4 dark now)


this is a small and lighting fast dm map

this is  for unreal tournament Only! 

Requirements: 96 ram for win95 and 128 ram for win98/nt/2000!

Purpose : A very small Dm sniper map for 2-5 people only . It is 
also very bare (minimalist "no fancy stuff") for lighting speed.


this map is for 2-5 people! 

special note: I tried for over 2 hours for the bots to work
and they are ok and have some weird behavior , like when they 
respawn they just stand their and then act if they hear something.
etc.... I put the pathnodes close together , medium and far apart and
i tried 5 different configs. and this  works the best.



computer used: 

233mmx pent, 96 sram, 6.2 hd ,TNT card 16 ram
56 robotics modem. windows Nt 4.0 sp 4 (it sucks!)

bot support: There are notes and i worked
2 hours for the bots to work. They work most of the time but not
all of the time and work best with 2-4 bots + U! on the map at 
a difficult setting!

map requirements:  no 3d card: 266mmx pent and 128 ram.

with 3d card:  233mmx and +96 ram . 

a 500 pent/ 256 ram with a tnt card is great!

maps like e1m7 ( the last level in quake 1 first episode )
are great for dm. fast and simple. this map is addictive in dm.!!


design goal: map was made for death match   with 2-5
 people for a frag fest!!!

to all mod authors ! u can modifly this map and use it freely
just leave this read me intact and also keep the map at least
1/2  (half dark)  or it will look bad! ( it is 3/4 dark now)

warning: if u add to much to the map it makes it slow!!!
i deleted a bunch of stuff to speed up the map. 
decorations are nice but deathmatch speed is what is in for me.



add the flags for ctf on the opposite sides of the ring for 2 on 2
or 3 on 3 ctf play.

if u recompile  it remember bsp tab 
and checkmark the autolight
to keep the lighting intact or
it will mess up the lights and
 make the map look bad.


Mistakes made:   2 minor Brush misalignments that is one reason because
it is dark , to cover mistakes!! ( there are 2 brush misalignment mistakes
but it is hard to see.) Also the compiler did some weird stuff under the lava,
but is is hard to see.


note: this is my 12th?  map ever released. 

My best map is DmVampireFortess it is for Unreal 1 dm I need 
to port it to UT but i am having a problem because it uses custom 
textures. 

I rate them both of the above 1-10  an 8. both this map
and the dmvampire are very good.
