Installation
------------
Unzip this map into your \unrealtournament\maps directory and 
then select it from the Deathmatch menu in Unreal.


Frogblast: The Ventcore Project 
-------------------------------
"Frogblast: The Ventcore Project" is a collection of maps that have been (and are being)
converted from game series, Marathon. The main goal is to convert all the multiplayer
maps from the third game in the series, Marathon Infinity, but are not limiting ourselves
to just those maps. 

The non-player humans in the game, affectionately known as "Bob"s, would in the way of 
the player while shouting things like, "They're everywhere!" and "Save Me!" Other Bobs 
had been assimilated by the aliens and converted into human bombs--they were quite mad 
and would run amok saying the gibberish phrase, "Frogblast the vent core!" If an 
assimilated Bob came too close to the player, he would explode -- so it was wise just 
to kill them all and be done with it. :)

It is from this illustrious group that we have decided to name our project.


Author's Notes
--------------
A big special thanks goes out to Wolfchild and Parcely Mincer (Thomas Riisbjerg)
for their encouragement to take up the Editor again. Another member of the team
(though his Mod isn't on the UT version of this map), Gor Gor, has been kind
enough to invest his time in creating the new Unreal gametype, True King of the Hill (KOTH).
In KOTH, a player has to be on a physical Hill to gain time. The player with the most
time on the Hill wins. (One of the Unreal versions of Melatonin includes this gametype.)

Marathon, Marathon 2, and Marathon Infinity are old FPS games that were on the
Macintosh platform and has to this day quite a number of fans. Not only was the game
terribly fun, but it had a good storyline -- a feat that has been sadly neglected
by many games.

Bungie Software is now working on a new game, Halo, which seems to be a continuation
of the Marathon storyline but with the best Engine ever to have graced the planet.
