Description: Factory Floor is a deathmatch map designed to look like
a factory of sorts. There is opportunity for interior
AND exterior combat here. The rooftop is complex and
multi-tiered as is the inside. The map features
everything from arena-style combat down on the factory
floor to distance sniping from the top of the
                        smokestacks.

Factory Floor has hidden passages, lava pits, and a
plethora of walkways, ramps, and ledges. Of all the
maps I've made, I think I like this one best of all
because it requires such versatility of combat style.
You can very quickly move from a long, wide, open
hallway into a tangled nest of ducts and pipes, to
an exterior ledge with a fatal drop, to an interior
walkway with a wide view of the arena below.

At least one person has told me that the map isn't
wide-open enough (i.e. too cramped) and it certainly
is not as wide-open as The Glacier or Ninja Dojo, but
the open spaces are big enough for my tastes.

Some HOM effects when viewing the factory interior from certain vantage points, but so far I haven't found it to be detrimental to gameplay. Likely caused by the complexity of the factory interior.
