Description           : 

A former living and working facility for a Liadri mining commune, this colony was abandoned after the seismic activity of the planet created working conditions too hazardous, even for the Liandri Corporation.  Ceilings fell, water filled the cavern, walls crumbled... time passed.  Years later, the Infinite Loop Cadre UT clan purchased the facility, and now uses it as a CTF training ground. New recruits are sealed in the facility until one team can prove that they are ready for the Tournament. The losing team's remaining members are then assigned the arduous task of digging the winners out.

Known bugs              : The usual minor glitches.  Texture misalignments and minor BSP holes are unavoidable with such a weird design concept, but I think I nabbed the really noticeable ones.  The bots seem to prefer the electric room for flag return running, but they will use the sewers and vents to get into the opposing base.  To avoid bots getting stuck I had to make the SuperHealth and ShieldBelt human-access only.  In general, this map should be played online... bots are great defense in here, but don't rely on them to score all of your points!

Additional Notes and Information

I wanted to be sure that my first map release wasn't just one of those "This is my first map... a few cubes and a bunch of weapons... sorry it sucks!" maps.  As a Nali City reviewer, I've seen too many maps spewed upon the gaming community that never should have left someone's hard drive.  Aside from the little BSP bugs and bot troubles, I'm happy with the way this turned out.  Being my first map, it was definitely a learning experience!  A very long and frustrating one at that. I know for next time what to avoid in my designs.  I don't think the bots will ever play this layout remarkably well, but I got them as far as I could... from there it's up to you!  As far as 'author's hints', here are some tips:

1) Don't stand in electrified water.  It's bad for you!  3 points per second to be exact.
2) Don't make a long jump onto a hard surface without armor.  That's bad for you too.
3) Keep your eyes peeled for secret triggers where you might need them.
4) Watch out for the booby-trapped shield belt room.
5) Yes, there is a Rocket Launcher.  No, there is no more ammo... use those 6 shots wisely!
6) What's "Paranoimia" you ask?  It's a song by the Art of Noise... the greatest musical group in history.
