Basic-Info:

This is my first map made for UNREAL , my second map-design overall. My first
and only map-design before this one was a DM-map for DOOM 1 long time ago!
Because of the hard work it was, to design maps with the old DOOM 1 - editors,
i stopped designing maps and rather went on playing DOOM 1/2 ... !
Now with the great handling and functionality of the UNREAL-Editor and its lots of
possibilities i wanted to start building DM-maps, since i got 2 PCs at home network-
connected and playing most of the time multiplayer-games, right now mostly UNREAL.

So be patient with me and my first map-design, since i call this one my tutorial-map,
where i was learning to use this great editor for this fabulous game !
There is a lot more to learn for me and there are so many more possibilities to use
this editor and come up with super design-effects and build interesting DM-maps, just
the way you want and need them !

Map-Info:

Due to its size , architecture and amount of different used textures, it will
take a little longer to load (loading all the neccessary textures out of many
different texture-packages...) !

Once its done loading , depending on the power of your processor and 3D-card,
you probably will notice short stops through the first minute while moving through
the map and while bots or other players join the map the first time !!
One more slowdown you will notice , too, because of the huge tunnel-connection between
the docking-bay and the storage-hall. Even using the zoning-function didnt give it
much of a speed-increase !

My next maps will be smaller with speed-checked areas and rooms, so that there will
be no slowdown in any way, since slowdowns give you a harder time in deathmatch-games !

Anyway, i hope you all will enjoy this map a little, any comments on it are welcome,

Theme of Map:

You are on a human OUTPOST , a support- and resting-station on the
way to the outer planets.
The OUTPOST is built into a natural Asteroid.

Goodies:

Watch for the starting and landing Shuttle in the small hangar under the
main docking-bay !
For the time the shuttle is moving, you will be able to reach the extra
weapon-, ammo-, shield- and invisibility-Goodies, positioned right under
the shuttle-parking-position !

On the rest youre on your own !
