Author's Notes

Thought I was gonna have to scrap this puppy, but thanks to Darin Beard, author of 
DMFoxArena, I was able to resolve a sticky problem.  He saved it, really.  Also, 
thanks to Richard Wild and Erik (from the UnrealEd editting list) for their helpful
criticisms during the later phases of construction.  It's not a perfect level by 
any means, but it's better thanks to these folks.  Oh yeah, to all the helpful folks on 
that list who are an untiring font of editting knowledge, thanks a ton!

Additional notes, added 08/19/98

Just for the record, when I note that this version is "optimized for Botmatch", I'm not 
meaning to imply that it's the ultimate be-all-end-all botmatch map. What I'm saying is 
that some third party Unreal fans asked if they could stick their fingers in the pie and
make some improvements to the Bot play.  'Why not?', sez I, they thought well enough of 
the map to begin with!

Floyd, of The Unreal Bot Map Resource (http://www.telefragged.com/epidemic/ppmgal/table/maplist.html)
made the request, and at this time that is the only source for this variant.  If you got
it somewhere else, then that's a good thing (I guess), in that it means even more folks like
it enough to spread it around.

Kudos to Randar for the improvements- here's what he did....
"I had to change the item placement on a couple of things. I added a weapon on the upper
 level of the area that leads to the rifle, because they avoided this area altogether--
except when they warped into the rifle room.  Also, pathing the water area, when there 
is an "overhang" is a real pain. A little creative use of the elevator nodes in the 
water, and it now works! (The only time the Bots seems to get stuck in the water is 
when they drop in from the playerstart way above the water.) With the pathnoding corrected,
 I think that the Bots go almost everywhere. Oh yes, I took out the invisibility."
