--- Disclaimer ---
The author is not responsible for any harm to your computer, yourself, or anything/anybody else through the use or misuse of this program. This is beta software and may not work entirely correctly (although it should...it has been tested). Basically, it doesn't blow up my computer, so if it blows up yours, I don't know why. Ok. Maybe that's a bit harsh =)

--- Introduction ---
When I originally set out to generate player stats, I thought, this'll be easy! A few hours later when it was completed as an implementation similar to Repeat for Maps (i.e. makes a file for each player), I found that it took too long and I ended up with a couple hundred HTML files. Geez. That's inefficent I thought. That's why I worked up this program. Player.exe takes a standard Tribal Logs .trb file, and generates stats using a template for a single player with a variety of options.

--- BETA NOTE ---
This software is in beta state. It should work well, but any bug reports, feature requests, or general comments would be appreciated. See the Contacting the Author section below for more info on how to get a hold of me. Remember though, check the help file before contacting me!

--- Installation ---
For use of this program, you MUST have access to the cgi-bin/scripts directory or the ability to allow the execution of files in your web directory on a Win32 (Win95/98/NT) web server. You need to copy player.exe to that directory. You also need to have a Tribal Logs database file (.trb) on your system. Templates and config files are optional but make things easier.

I have included a sample config file and template files. To use the config file on your server, just change the path in the Database= option in the config file and it will be all set. I've included a second set of Tribal Logs templates that have links on the player names to player.exe. This set of templates are in the templatesp directory.

--- Program Use ---
Mostly everything is explained in the help file. Please check that out first.
