Changes in v1.0g:

- Alterations made to prevent lag on client join/drop some users were experiencing.
  the player menus are now built when you select the player menu and only then. You
  will still lag slightly, but now you know when its coming.
- Cleaned up the code to be 'quieter'

Coming in the next version:

- More waypoints! Send them in!

All the information on usage is in config\rayn\waypointer.cs regarding
adding new waypoints and using the WET (waypoint exportation tool)

Here's how to install Warpoints, quick n' dirty.  Please read the
DOCS in Warpoints.CS and Warpointer.CS though, especially if you have
trouble!

1) Get PrestoPack!
2) Unzip to your config directory
3) add to autoexec.cs (after Include("presto\\install.cs");:
    Include("rayn\\warpoints.cs");
4) warpoints.cs will bind alt-w to the new warpoint menu.
5) play, hit alt-w, set waypoints.

Menu description:

e) enemy - contains enemy structures, targets, players
f) friendly - contains friendly structures, targets, players
n) neutral - contains objectives, weapons, items, field locations, etc etc
