-=- Installation -=-

	 Simply unzip all the files into an empty directory (you
	can choose where).


-=- Included Files -=-

	readme_1.0.txt	- The readme file (you're reading it).
	wc_vol.bat	- The WorldCraft compile batch file.
	zed_vol.bat	- The ZED compile batch file.


	 These files are required by the batch files to compile your
	buildings:

	map2zvl.exe	- This is only required if you're compiling
			  WorldCraft files. *
	vmerge.exe	- **
	vt.exe		- **
	zedbuild.exe	- **
	zedlight.exe	- **
	zedshape.exe	- **

	*  = Only included in the full version and the WorldCraft
	     Tools kit.	
	
	** = Only included in the full version and the Tribes
	     Tools kit.

	 If you're missing any of these files, you can get them from
	either the WorldCraft or Tribes Tools kits, or simply
	download the full version of these compile tools.


-=- Instructions -=-

	1:  First, create your building using either ZED or WorldCraft.

	2a: If you're using ZED, export the building (to .zvl).
	2b: If you're using WorldCraft, export (or save) the  building
	    in .map format.

	3:  Copy the file you just created in step 2 into the compile
	    tools directory.
	
	4:  Open up a DOS prompt in the compile tools directory.

	5a: If you're using ZED type in; 'zed_vol mapname' (without the
	    quotes, and where mapname is the name of the building).
	5b: If you're using WorldCraft type in; 'wc_vol mapname'
	    (without the quotes, and where mapname is the name of the
	    building).

	6:  You will be prompted to confirm that you wish to compile,
	    just press 'Y'. The compile process should now begin. On
	    large or complex buildings it may take a while to complete,
	    so please be patient. Once the process has completed, you
	    should now have a volume ready for use in Tribes maps.

	 I'm unsure if these tools support Level of Detail models, as
	I've not tried using LOD myself yet. If you find out for certain
	if they do or not then please tell me.

	 Don't redistribute this for profit or any other financial gain.
	Don't put this on a CD-ROM without my permission. These files may
	be freely distributed provided all files remain together and
	intact. Level authors may use this mod to make their own maps.

	concerned then don't install it. I cannot be held responsible
	for any loss of data or other damage these files cause to your
	system. In other words, use at your own risk.
