I. How to Install:
------------------

Unzip the tga2m32.zip to a directory (e.g. \TGA2M32). Be sure to extract the *.m32 files too (needed for converting the TGA)
Edit the path.ini to point to the directory where the *.m32 from the Zip are located. Let your PATH-Variable point to the
TGA2M32.EXE directory to execute the tool from everywhere

II. How to convert TGA to M32:
-----------------------------
	1. Create a directory in the base/textures folder.

	2. Copy all the TGAs you wish to convert into the folder

	3. Copy the path.ini to that folder.

	4. Open a DOS-Window and start converting with "TGA2M32 filename.tga (don't forget the extension)"

	5. Then you can delete the TGAs, you won't use them anymore.

	6. Next time you start the QERadiant Editor you will see a new Texture-List with the name of the folder which contains your new textures.

CAUTION: I don't know what effects can occur, when you copy the new M32-Files to another sub-folder in the textures folder, because the
-------- folder-name is saved in the m32-File.

I still need some more information about the M32-File Structure to turn the Fake-M32 into "real" M32 Files. Please email me.
