-----------------------
GENERAL STUFF

Say "text" -
Sends a message to all clients if typed into the ShogoSrv console (next
  to the 'clear' button).

srv_send.txt
This file tells Shogo where to send registration messages. This is empty
  by default.

-----------------------
COMMAND LINE PARAMETERS

 -reg <x>

This will force ShogoSrv to use a different registry sub-folder
to save/load all of the settings. The default is "1.0" but by
specifying a number for x, ShogoSrv will use "x.0" instead. This
feature is useful for running multiple servers on a single
machine since each servered can have completely different settings.

 -config asdf.cfg

Added support for multiple ShogoSrv.cfg config files. Usefull if you're
running more than one server on a machine. In this case, it would
  use asdf.cfg instead of ShogoSrv.cfg

 -go

This will force ShogoSrv to skip all of the settings dialogs
and immediately run the game server using the previous settings.
If there aren't any previous settings to use, the dialogs will
still come up. This feature is useful for having servers
 automatically run at startup.

-----------------
 NEW GAME OPTIONS

These game options can be set before the server is set up, or during the game
while the server is running. These are also console commands, so you can
enter them into the command line box next to the "clear button" in the interface.

 - WorldTimeSpeed <time in seconds>
Sets the server's time to cycle through night and day. Default value (-1)
sets it to disabled. This value is in seconds.

 - You can now set the port you want to host on via tcp/ip. Using 0 (the default)
will set it the port to 27888. Entering a new port will override this.

 - RunSpeed <speed> -
Multiplies the run speed. Default is 1.3 (which is pretty fast). Setting
it higher than 1.5 can start to cause people to gib on walls (which is pretty
   funny, but not advisable).

 - WorldColorNight "r g b" (like 'WorldColorNight ".2 .2 .9"' would be blue) -
Sets the world color at nighttime.

 - TractorBeam <0,1> -
   Enable/disable tractor beam.

 - MissileSpeed <speed> -
   Multiplies the TOW missile speed.

 - RespawnScale <scale> -
Scales the rate at which items respawn.

 - HealScale <scale> -
Scale how much health the health powerups give players.
