notes                   : -This is an unfinished version.
                          -The administrator is not in an office. In CTF, would 
                           you give the capture point an office?
                          -Lighting is unfinished.
                          -Very few sound entities
                          -outside area looks bad, but r_speeds tolerate no more detail. 
                           I wnat NO wall in the middle. It would ruin the idea of the map.
                          -there's a yellow laser field in the underground areas. An attacker can walk 
                           thru, but will lose some health. 
                          -Both respawn rooms have an alcove that can heal you far quicker than a 
                           conventional healthcharger can. They are, however, experimental devices 
                           and have been known to occasionally fry people.
