Construction
^^^^^^^^^^^^
Base : Scratch
Editor(s) used : Worldcraft
Build Time : A couple hours off and on, including the time it took to figure out how to
get sound out of a dang func_tank
Textures used : Some stuff from halflife.wad

Solids : 22
Faces : 124
PointEntities : 1 (JME_Rifle_Sound)
SolidEntities : 2 (JME_Rifle, Its controls)

Description :
It's a sniper rifle, mounted on a little stand. It is meant to be placed high,
sticking partially out of a window or off of a ledge, so that the operator can fire at
targets at ground level. It can be put basically anywhere a sniper might be. I left it up
to the user to decide (and create) what the stand is resting on, as putting it directly on
the floor doesn't look right. I'd suggest a small stack of sandbags or one of those green
military boxes, whatever goes with your level. Also, adjusting the PitchRange of the
func_tank entity can correct problems with the ends of the rifle going through the
floor/cieling, as they have a tendency to do if it is not placed on something rather
high and thin. Also, you may wish to change the texture on the stock of the rifle to a
woodgrain if you want something older looking. The control entity's position may not be
the best, feel free to move it around to get a better effect.

If you use this in a map, please let me know so that I can see how it has been used.
A quick mention in the map's accompanying .txt file would be nice too.

This is my first prefab to "go public." Woop-dee-do.

Oh yeah, and in case you were wondering, "JME" is my initials, and is tagged onto the
ents' names to reduce the chance of them interfering with other ents in the level.
