This is a big skull. It may be angular, it may be sort of disproportionate,
but if your'e doing a dungeon this is the piece of architecture to have.
Also, if you decide to include a trap door which falls down into a spike 
pit or some such thing you could put it on the floor facing up with red 
lights in the eyes with a func_hurt function to it and make the person fall
down to thier doom and get gibbed on a big skull altar-type thing.  A good way
to do this to show off how cool it is would be to have the skull-trap end
in a open, commonly travelled room so everyone present can see the victim 
splatter. The blood decals all over it should look great.
