be altered.

Notes:
This is a standard ceiling fan.  The light on the fan can be
broken, making the light entity attached go out.  A switch can
be rigged to the fan (see sample map), which makes the fan turn
on and off (friction was used so the fan slowly turns off or on
instead of a sudden stop).  The fan defaults to the on position,
spinning pretty fast.  The fan makes also makes a gentle 
noise.  No custom textures.

Technical:
The light entity is named lightsout.  You could make another switch
that toggles the light on and off as well as the fanblade.  The
fanblade is called fanblade so it can be targetted via a switch.
I tried to make a func_pendulum for a pull switch, but due to the 
small size of the fan, the chain pull switch looked out of place
swinging in the breeze.
