General multiplayer settings:

mp_fraglimit - Frag limit, set to 0 for none (default = 0)
mp_timelimit - Time limit, set to 0 for none (default = 0)
mp_falldamage - Type of fall damage, 0 = normal, 1 = realistic (default = 0)
mp_friendlyfire - Allow players to hurt teammates, 0 = no, 1 = yes (default = 0)
mp_weaponstay - Weapons are immediatly respawned, 0 = no, 1 = yes (default = 0)
mp_forcerespawn - Players are forced to respawn, 0 = no, 1 = yes (default = 1)
mp_footsteps - Players make footstep noises, 0 = no, 1 = yes (default = 1)
mp_flashlight - Flashlights are allowed, 0 = no, 1 = yes (default = 0)

Jail break settings:
--------------------

jail_autoteam - Automatically select a player's team, 0 = no, 1 = yes (default = 1)
jail_releasetime - Automatic release time in seconds, (default = 300)
jail_enablenoteamradio - Enable radio messages to opponents, 0 = no, 1 = yes (default = 0)
jail_falllimit - Number of times a player is allowed to run into jail, (default = 3)
jail_playeridspeed - Speed of the player id in frames, (default = 5)
jail_underwaterfire - Allow all weapons to fire underwater, (default = 1)
jail_votetime - Amount of time a vote will remain active waiting for votes, (default = 30)
jail_votemappercent - Required percentage of YES votes to pass a map change.  If zero, map change not allowed, (default = 100) 

Other settings:
---------------

mp_floodmsg - Number of messages a player can send prior to flood check, (default = 4)
mp_floodpersecond - Number of seconds to server monitors for mp_floodmsg, (default = 4)
mp_floodwaitdelay - Number of seconds a player is prevented from saying or radioing after flooding, (default = 10)
sv_sendvelocity - Low ping server physics, 0 = no, 1 = yes, (default = 1)
