Black Anaconda Replacement for AHL by Katto (katarn@home.net)
--------------------------------------

This will replace the default Anaconda model with a black version.
It includes Player (p) and World (w) replacements as well, the
first of its kind, to my knowledge.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
--------------------------------------

Unzip this file to the \action\models\ directory.

Example : C:\Half-Life\action\models

That's it. To uninstall it, simply delete these files from the
\action\models\ directory :

v_anaconda.mdl
p_357.mdl
w_357.mdl
w_357T.mdl

That's it. I recommend keeping the .zip file itself, in case you
want to reinstall it later.

Note : I have heard that Beta 3 of AHL will have a model browser
type thing, which may make this uninstall stuff obsolete, though
I don't know.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
--------------------------------------

Thanks to Oddjob, of course, who created the model and the orig-
inal skins.

I altered the existing Anaconda textures (I changed the coloring
of the bullet cylinder texture and did quite a bit of editing on
the handle texture) and replaced the original chrome with the
chrome texture from AHL's shotgun model (the Ithaca), though I
rotated it 90 degrees and resaved it to make it look slightly
better on the Anaconda <g>

To make the Player and World replacement models took a bit of
research. AHL actually uses the P and W models from Half-Life's
original Python, so I extracted those from Valve's .pak and
moved them to the AHL models directory and reskinned them to be
black (thanks to Fluffy and VektuzCat for insisting to me that
it would work). Feel free to use these as a base as they are
actually Valve's (though if you want the original Python skin,
you'll have to get it out of Valve's .pak yourself).

DISTRIBUTION
--------------------------------------

Feel free to put this up in its original ZIP form on your web-
site. In fact, please do so. It'd be nice if you'd e-mail me
if you did, though, since I'd like to see your webpage (my
e-mail is katarn@home.net, as stated above).

If you are going to include this on a CD-ROM collection or a
magazine you MUST get my permission first by e-mailing me.

Enjoy!
