Changed from 1 minute prematch to 5 minutes.

Changes to Ammo buttons:
Doubled the ammo to take less time so you can get your men out.

2 type 2 grenades added 
3 type 1 grenades added 

Ammo is setup so that upon respawn youll only need to hit button once
and upon reentering respawn youll need to hit the buttons twice...

Editors used:  Adquedit to extract the entity list from the bam4.bsp..
edit.com to edit the entity list.......
Qbsp.exe -onlyents   <---- to install changed entities to bsp.....

Not mentioned in the text but not changed by me......
When you cap your team is resupplied automaticly....
