	  Internet Descent ][ Level Contest

This contest was long in comming, it represents the effort of many,
I like to think of it as by Descent'rs for Descent'rs.
There are hundreds even thousands of levels for both versions but
these levels are among the best availible on the Internet today!

There are levels that when you slip into them you feel like you just might
actually be there. Well my friends the contestants and winners of the IDLC
will undoubtedly be the ULTIMATE levels in each of the 4 categories.

So if you haven't taken your pyro into these mines then you haven't seen
the best!

This completed form MUST to be included with all entries.

	  ----LEVEL DESCRIPTION----
Hi,

I mainly play One-on-One games. But i had problems to find good levels for that kind of
game. Most levels are just to big. You can fly around for minutes without finding your
opponent. So i created a tiny level called Esagist (my nickname is Esage).

IMHO

- it has got a good distribution of bright and dark corners, so it looks 'realistic'
- it has got a straight structure, so its easier to think about which way your opponent will
  fly next
- it has got a couple of corners where snipers can hide, waiting for a chance
- it has got long corridors, so you have to use the long-distance weapons
(there are two Gauss, two Vulcan and 20 Mercurys), that will show, who is better
  on aiming :-)
- it has got a dogfight room; on the other end of the level more tight corridors
- it has got a good weapon balance
- it has got one Mega-Missile for the extrem-fighters among us (i usually play without)
- it has got one illusion, you should find easily, at least with help from the map
  (notice the signs)
- it has got only two doors + exit, so you can see your opponent quite a lot,
  fast play is guarenteed
- there is one custom texture in the cube with the lattice-window between the reactor room
and the lava area with my signature "Styled by Esage" which is not really important :-)
