Comments:       This one is something special, folks. It's a mazy 
                rat's den with 4D spacial distortion. Two rooms or 
                halls occupy the same space in a whopping eight 
                locations throughout this level. This leads to a 
                unique Descent experience, to say the least, and 
                this level is likely to take some serious practice
                to master being able to navigate, think, and plan 
                your tactics in four dimensions.

                I made this level mostly flat for two reasons. First, 
                it allowed me to easily work with the 4D overlaps
                with little trouble. Second, the level will be 
                more than confusing enough as is, without adding in
                vertical elements or even vertical crossovers.

                I drew this entire level out on paper before laying
                a single cube. I stuck to my plan and completed the 
                level in about 7 or 8 hours total. This level is 
                one of the most interconnected levels out there, and 
                is designed to be a battleground for titans of the 
                hit-and-run, peekaboo mind game. Or, in other words, 
                rats like me. :)

                I took the name for this level from one of my 
                favorite Star Trek: Next Generation episodes, from 
                the mid second season: "Contagion". Iconia was the 
                homeworld of an ancient, lost race who possessed 
                "gateway" transport technology: able to step through 
                a transporter portal onto any world they chose and 
                be there instantly. This race was well versed in 
                meta-dimensional science, and since this Descent 
                level is like something they might have used as a 
                4D maze for testing on rats, I wanted to choose a 
                fitting name.

                And if you should get lost in the Halls of Iconia, 
                you had better watch your back. There are rumors of 
                survivors from previous experiments in there: rats 
                who know every inch of those halls, and will show
                no mercy to intruders. Fusion rats. :)
