DaiMDL readme file

DaiMDL isn't really finished yet but i released it already so that all of you can start designing skins.

Notes:
-You will need a openGl implementation that supports rendering to a window.
-Daikatana saves its skins in the following formats wal/bmp/tga/pcx DaiMDL only supports bmp/tga skins so it won't automatically load a skin.  Convert the skins to a bmp/tga file first and then read it with DaiMDL.  To make DaiMDL automatically load the skin give it the same name as the model with the right extention and put it in the model dir.
-Daikatana supports multiple skins per model, daiMDl currently only supports one and will map the first skin on all parts of the model.  When you export a wire frame it will put all the polygons on the same wire frame.
-Version 2 models will not be drawn correctly but exporting the skin-wireframe works fine
-It is possible to design skins for player models(wich have more than one skin) I included the separate skins for the player models (body/head) by loading one of these skins in daiMDL you can see the head/body skin correctly but never both of them.
Note that some of the lines on the included skins are not correct since they are from the (body/head).
