THIS IS AN ADAPTION OF POINTS OF SUN-TZU'S ESSAYS USEFUL IN 
MODERN WARFARE SIMULATED ON A COMPUTER. THIS IS NOT DESIGNED 
FOR ANY GAME DIRECTLY, BUT FOR ANY GAME OF THE STRATEGIC WARFARE
TYPE.

1) GENERLY, OPERATIONS OF WAR REQUIRE A VAST AMOUNT OF FORCE TO 
ATTACK AND DEFEND.

2) AFTER WHICH THE MONEY TO FUND A WAR CAMPEIGN HAS BEEN RAISED,
THE CAMPEIGN CAN BE STARTED.

3) VICTORY IN A QUICK TIME IS THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF A WAR, TO PROLONG
A CAMPEIGN IS OFTEN TO A DISADVANTAGE.

4) WHEN AN ARMY ENGAGES IN MANY PROLONGED CAMPEIGNS, ITS REASOURCES 
BECOME STRESSED AND DWINDLED.

5) WHEN YOUR ARMY BECOMES WEAK AND YOUR REASOURCES ARE STRESSED, ENEMIES
AND ALLIES WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR FEEBLE STATE.

6) AN ATTACK MUST HAVE SPEED OVER ANY OTHER TRAIT.

7) A PROLONGED BATTLE RARELY HAS BENIFIT.

8) THOSE UNABLE TO RECOGNIZE DANGERS IN DEPLOYING TROOPS CANNOT DEPLOY
IN WAYS TO THEIR OWN ADVANTAGE.

9) THOSE SKILLED IN WAGING WAR DO NOT NEED HELP FROM SEVERAL ALLIES.

10) IN A COMMON WAR, 60% OF THE ARMY WILL SUFFER IN BATTLE.

11) IT IS WISE TO TAKE FROM THE ENEMY, FOR TAKING HIS PROVISIONS HURTS 
HIM, AND HELPS YOU.

12) WIN BATTLES TO BECOME STRONGER.

13) THE ESENTIAL IN WAR IS VICTORY, NOT PROLONGED OPERATIONS.

14) THE IMPORTANCE IN A WAR IS TO ATTACK AN ENEMY'S STRATEGY.

15) DISRUPTING AN ENEMY'S ALLIANCES IS A KEY TO VICTORY.

16) IT IS WISE TO ATTACK AN ENEMY'S ARMY, BECAUSE IT OFTEN LACKS 
STRONG POWER.

17) AN ATTACK ON A FORTIFIED, WELL-DEFENDED AREA IS SUCIDE.

18) TO PREPARE AN ARMY OF LARGE UNITS REQUIERS TIME, WHICH IS PRECSIOUS.

19) YOU MUST AIM TO USE LITTLE BRUTE FORCE AND PLACE UNITS CONSERVITIVELY.

20) WHEN IGNORATE OF THE LAND, ONE MUST STAY PUT AND LEARN MORE.

21) IF AN ARMY IS CONFUSED, IT IS AN EASY TARGET FOR ATTACK.

22) KNOW WHEN TO FIGHT, AND WHEN NOT TO FIGHT.

23) KNOW HOW TO MANAGE FORCES, BOTH SMALL AND LARGE.

24) KNOW YOUR ENEMY AND KNOW YOURSELF.

25) INVINCEIBILITY LIES IN DEFENSE, VICTORY LIES IN ATTACK.

26) A SKILLFUL COMMANDER TAKES POSITION WHERE HE CANNOT BE DEFEATED, 
BUT CAN MASTER HIS ENEMIES.

27) THOSE SKILLED IN WAR BRING AN ENEMY TO THE BATTLE FIELD.

28) MOVE SWIFTLY, AND WHEN THE ENEMY LEAST EXPECTS IT.

29) TO AVOID BATTLE, TRICK YOUR ENEMY INTO SUSPENSION. DARE THEM TO
CROSS YOUR LINE.

30) THE LOCATION OF AN ATTACK MUST REMAIN SECRET, TO KEEP THE ELEMENT 
OF SURPRISE.

31) WHERE THE ENEMY IS PREPARED, THE OPPISITE WILL BE WEAK.

32) ONE WHO IS WEAK PREPARES FOR THE ENEMY, ONE WHO IS STRONG HAS
ENEMIES PREPARE FOR THEM.

33) PROBE AN ENEMY TO FIND THIER STRENTH AND WEAKNESS.

34) RESPOND IN INFINATE WAYS TO REDUCE PREDICTABILTY.

35) AGITATE AND DISCOVE THE ENEMY'S MOVEMENT.

36) MANUVERING IS THE HARDEST TO PLAN IN WAR.

37) AN ARMY IS MOST VURNABLE WHEN IT MOVES.

38) KNOWLEDGE OF THE GROUND IS A KEY TO VICTORY. 

39) AWAIT THE DISORDERLY ENEMY, THEN ATTACK.

40) DO NOT ATTACK THE ENEMY'S ELITE.

41) DO NOT GOBBLE BAITED TRAPS.

42) DO NOT BLOCK AN ENEMY FROM RETREAT UNLESS YOU 
CAN CRUSH THEM.

43) FOOL THE QUICKTEMPERED ENEMY.

44) DESTROY THE RECKLESS ENEMY.

45) MOVE ONLY OVER SAFE TERRAIN.

46) MAKE NO MISTAKES, THEY WILL COST YOU.

47) USE COVERSION AND SPIES TO GAIN AN UPPER HAND.

48) ESPIONAGE IS ENPLOYABLE IN ANY SITUATION, WITH ENEMIES AND ALLIES.
