This patch was created by Robert "Cola" Riter and the rest of the 4am
Productions crew :) - Contact rriter@dreamscape.com if you find any
bugs, errors, etc.  The patch modifies many things, mainly:

Unit            Change

Trooper         The cost went down, and the guns went up.  They pack
                bang for your buck than they did, and large masses will
                pose a serious threat.

Grenader        These are now super-units, which you may even wish to
                turn down.  Instead of grenades, they chuck *SHELLS*.
                The price also went down (as it did in most units).

Flamer          KA - These guys are now heavy-marines.  Use them on
                assults mixed with Grenaders.  A few APCs with these
                babies, and you'll clean up.  WARNING:  When you kill
                one, he will explode, posing a threat to anything in
                the area - including your own men.

Tech.           These guys now have a standard issue pistol.

Civi #1         This guy is now armed heavily.

Civi #2         This guy now has a dino attack; in other words, a
                ninja civilian!  (I think this is the neon guy)

Hum-Vee         This now packs some serious machine gun firepower.
                As with most units, it is now available to both NOD
                and GDI.

NOD Buggy       This is now a FAV (Fast attack vehichle) - basically,
                a slower (and cheaper) version of the cycle.  With
                a launcher.

Light Tank      Cheaper, most cost effective.  I rather have a team
                of high-powered marines :)

Medium Tank     Cost effective.  What can I say?

Mammoth         Not much change.  Still the ruler.

Apache          Not much change.

Orca            Loaded with a heavier missle.  A LOT heavier missle.


All buildings have minor arment and take less power.  The turrets have
weaker armor.
