About RA Build v 1.0:

RA Build v 1.0 is a program that enables anyone to build buildings and
place units, ships or infantry on a C&C: Red Alert multiplayer map. RA
Build requires Windows NT or Windows 95.

RA Build is distributed as shareware, that is you may freely distribute
RA Build as long as you do not modify it or this file in any way, and

Installation:
Put the two files into a directory of your choice and run RABuild.exe.

How to use RA Build:

Selecting Buildings, Units, Ships or Infantry from the Create menu
displays a window where you input the following:

Player name (Multi1 - Multi8) - The name of the player who is to own
                                the buildings/units/ships/infantry.
                                These are entered by selecting in 
                                the Player menu.

Building/unit/ship/infantry name - These are found in the menus
                                   or in the file Rules.ini found on
                                   the internet.

Building/unit/ship/infantry health - by setting this value below 256 you
                                     can let the unit be damaged from the
                                     start.

Building/unit/ship/infantry direction - this means the direction in wich
                                        the building/unit/ship/infantry
                                        is facing. It can be selected from
                                        a menu or entered manually.

Unit/ship/infantry order - The order for the units/ships/infantry. These
                           can be selected from the Orders menu.

Position in square - There can be 5 infantry units in any square on the map.
                     The positions are numbered 0-4. A 5 signals RA Build
                     to fill all positions with infantry.

Position of first building/unit/ship/infantry on map - 
                  The position of the first building/unit/ship/infantry
                  on the map.

Position of last building/unit/ship/infantry on map - 
                  The position of the last building/unit/ship/infantry
                  on the map. This way you can easily place 10, 20, 30 or more
                  units on a map.

Space between buildings/units/ships/infantry - How far apart the buildings/units
                                               /ships/infantry are. You shouldn't
                                               enter a lower value than RA Build
                                               reccomends, since buildings would
                                               be placed inside each other.

To use the buildings/units/ships/infantry in your own maps, copy all lines including
the first line in brackets to your .MPR file. Then remove the [Digest] section. Save
your map and run Red Alert to see the results.

I agree with anyone who thinks this explanation of RA Build might not be the best,
