***1.) FOREWARD|**
     This is the first part of what will become a scenario. By then the
 Rules.ini part of it, should be up to version 2. 
 **A.) THE NEW WAR|**
          Moscow is in flames, Stalin is dead, the Soviet Army is in mass 
 retreat.The Allies have captured all the Soviet airfields, most of the          
 helipads as well, The Soviet Air Force is in a state of anarchy. Entire
 Wolfpacks surrendered to Allied Cruisers, The Soviet Navy is in a panic.
      Then, under a mysterious new leader, the Soviet rabble army regroups.
 In the meantime, Nikola Tesla defects, abandoning his most recent experiment.
 With Tesla and, Einstein leading the Allied scientist make leaps and bounds.
Units are upgraded, Soldiers get new equipment, New structures are made.
    General von Elsing is assassianated during a meeting with American Officals.
Until a suitable replacement can be found, all the other officers are making
their orders up as they go along. Intelligence is still good, allowing some
semblance of order.

***2.) STRUCTURES & UNITS|**
     These are the updated units for the New War.
 **(A. INFANTRY)**
 MINIGUNNER: He replaces the old Rifle Infantry, not much has changed with
 him except his weapon, now it's an M60 machine gun. Owned by both sides, he's
 available at techlevel 1
 GRENADIER: Nothing has changed with this unit, Allies only, Techlevel 1.
 BAZOOKA: He now fires Stinger Missles, owned by Both sides, Techlevel 2
 FLAMETHROWER: He now shoots the same flame as the Flame Turret, Allies only,
 Techlevel 2.
 MEDIC: This unit remains the same, owned by both sides, Techlevel 2.
 SPY: He posses a Sniper rifle.
 THEIF: Soviet only.
 TANYA: Same Colt 45s.
 KGB OFFICER: Replaces the General(or Field Marshal), He carries twin forty-fives,
 soviet only.
 KGB SPECIALIST: KGB assassian, he carries a sniper rifle and, C4. 
 EINSTIEN: Little Bastard, He carries a Tesla pistol.
 TESLA: He looks like the Einsien, put carries a normal Pistol.
 ATTACK DOG: The dog stays the same.
 **(B. VECHILES)**
 V2 ROCKET LAUNCHER: This unit hasn't changed, one bit.
 STEALTH TANK: Looks just like the one in C&C, it replaces the Light Tank.
 And is equipped with Mammoth Tusk missles.
 FLAME TANK: Looks just like the one in C&C, it replaces the little Convoy
 Truck, and shoots the same flame as the turret.
 M1 ABRAMS: This replaces the meduim tank, it now has a 105mm cannon and, an
 M60 machine gun.
 TESLA TANK: This replaces the Heavy Tank, and is equipped with twin Tesla 
 Coils.
 SUPER MAMMOTH TANK: I has an improved 120mm cannon, with Explosive shells.
 TESLA'S EXPERIMENT: This replaces the Mobile Radar Jammer, and is the 
 prototype for the Tesla Tank.
 RANGER: It now has rockets along with the machine gun, but it now carries
 two passengers.
 APC: It is the same(AGAIN!!!!)
 ARTILLERY: Nothing has changed here.
 MOBILE GAP GENERATOR: M60 machine gun, to keep the insects away.
 MCV: Same.
 ORE TRUCK: Just added an M60.
 MINELAYER: Same.
 NUKE BOMBER: Non-buildable jet, that has one small nuke parabomb. The icon 
 for this is "SPY PLANE".
 X-JET: This little gem replaces the Mig, and looks like the spy plane,
 It carries twelve super maverick missles.
 YAK BOMBER: Nothing has really changed here, but it now carries Napalm.
 CHINOOK: It now has twin M60s as they do in real life.
 APACHE LONGBOW: It has a Vulcan cannon, and Maverick missles.
 HIND: Nice new 105mm cannon on this puppy.
 SUBMARINE: It now has a normal rocket for land based enemies.
 GUN BOAT: It now has Stingers and, Depthcharges.
 DESTROYER: Same as above.
 CRUISER: Has one 8 Inch cannon and, Depth Charges.
 TRANSPORT: Now has M60 machine gun.
 **(C. STRUCTURES)**
 HOSPITAL: New structure, that will heal ANY troop that comes near it. Allows
 you to build the Medic.
 BIO RESEARCH LABRATORY: Allows cooler stuff to be built.
 FOWARD COMMAND CENTER: Allows you to build, the Officer and Delphi.
 CONSTRUCTION YARD: Still can't be built.
 POWER PLANT: The power plant now gives 250.
 ADVANCED POWER PLANT: 1,000 per plant.
 REFINARY: Nothing new here.
 TENT/BARRACKS: Both must be built in order for all the units to be available.
 WAR FACTORY: Hasn't changed.
 TECH CENTERS: You only need to build one to get it all, I recommend the Allied,
 You get free radar.
 SERVICE DEPOT: Nothing has been changed here.
 AIRFIELD: Same.
 HELIPAD: Same.
 SHIPYARD/SUB PEN: Both must be built for all Ships to be available.
 PILLBOX: It's now equipped with an M60 machie gun and, Dragon rockets.
 ADVANCED PILLBOX: This little gem, has a Chain Gun and, Mammoth Tusk rockets.
 TURRET: Nothing has been changed yet.
 FLAME TURRET: Same.
 TESLA COIL: Same.
 CHRONOSPHERE: Same.
 IRON CURTAIN: Same.
 MISSLE SILO:  Same.
 ORE SILO: Same.
 RADAR DOME: Same.
 SAM SITE: Same.
 AA GUN: Same.
 FAKES: All the fakes are available including the New Sub Pen.
 KENNEL: Same.

   Charge Times have been changed, a lot.
   Chronosphere= 1 min 30 sec
   GPS=1 min
   Iron Curtain= 2 min 30 sec
   Nuke= 4 min
   Parachute Bombs= 3 min
   Paratroopers= 3 min
   ParaSaboteur= 2 min
   Sonar Pulse= 5 min
   Spy Plane= 2 min
   Nuke power has been increased and, expanded.
   Chronoshifting no longer kills the cargo.
   Your units "think" better, but you lose some control over them.
     They will fire if fired upon. They will scatter if something tries to
     crush them. They will try and, crush other soldiers.
   Six levels of difficulty.
   Civilians are named.
   Gems are now 110(from 50)
   Gold is now 35(from 25)
   The MCV is undeployable.
   The growth of ore has been sped up.
   10 naplam bombs and, 10 paratroopers from the Badger.
***IMPORTANT NOTE****
  If you like the soviets, don't let Allied players get you into a high Tech
game, you will lose......BADLY. You are outgunned, outclassed and, outmatched.

5.) IN THE FUTURE
=============================================================================
  Some super units are buildable at the moment, when the levels have been 
designed they will not be. There might be some more old C&C units in the last
level revision of the ini.
