1.INTRODUCTION

This is simply a new rules modification for Command & Conquer Red Alert.It
includes new graphics & icons for Red Alert.This rules modification requires
Command & Conquer Red Alert Counterstrike.If you do not have this mission
disk,then this modification might not work(not tested).I will be making a
non-counterstrike version as soon as i can.You may also get the Red Alert
patch(unofficial) from my website to play this new rules modification.

2.WHAT'S NEW FROM PREVIOUS VERSION?(2.0)

Here's a list of what's new in Cyber Alert 3.0 from the previous version:
- Sam Sites shoots and turns faster now due to superjets speed.
- Light Tank now lasts longer and does not have any anti-infantry(fair).
- Computer attacks slower in skirmish(too easy if set to fast).
- Heavy Tank now is stronger than medium tank by 100(that's why it's heavy).
- Nuclear submarine range changed.
- Destroyers are one of the best sea units with it's far range.Price is 1500.
- Crates regenerates after every 1.5 minute instead of 2.
- 80% chance of getting Chrono Vortex after the use of Chronosphere.
- Iron curtain lasts for 2 minutes instead of 5.Thanks to one of the users
  who pointed out in this bug.
- Tesla Tank is now 1500 and Super Tesla Tank is now 2500.But their tesla's
  are not as strong as before.
- V2 Rockets shoots ground as well as air units now(as in real life).
- Artillery shoots twice.
- Gunboats can shoot further now.
There many other changes made but i can't list them all.

3.WHAT'S BEEN ADDED?

Here is a brief list of what i've added & changed:
- Ore grows faster by 4 times(wow!)
- Ore trucks move faster a lot
- Ore trucks carry more bails(up from 28 to 30)
- Computer AI is now smarter than ever!They build more vehicles!
- Fixed westwood bug with countries like France and England
- Charging for all superweapons are faster than usual.
- All tanks have anti-infantry machine gun(like in reality)
- Mammoth tank has been replaced with Super Tesla Tank
- Mobile Radar Jammer has been replaced with Tesla Tank
- Mobile Gap Generator has been removed
- All sides get to build Flame Tank,Rocket Launcher & SSM Launcher
- Tech Centers now shoots SSM Launcher missiles(to handle SSM Launchers!)
- Most of the defence structures shoot a lot faster!
- AA GUNs & SAM Sites shoot further range!
- MIG has been replaced with Superjet
- MCV now moves a lot faster!
- You can build another contruction yard without building an MCV!
- Nuclear power plant gives you almost 2 times more power than advance
  power plant!
- Submarine is now Nuclear Submarine!
- Transport now shoots Vulcan to protect itself
- Spies are equipt with sniper and moves faster
- Engineers move faster                                          
- Tanya is available to Allies & General is available to Soviets
- Thief moves faster
- Tech Centers shoots Napalm Missiles!
And many many many more!!I can't list all of them here!!Give Cyber Alert a
try and you'll know!

4.INSTALLATION

I have tested this new rules modification for both DOS & WINDOWS 95.
Follow these steps to install cyber rules:

a.Unzip CYBER3.ZIP to your Red Alert directory.
b.If you are playing the DOS version of Red Alert,type CYBERDOS/If you are
  playing the WIN 95 version of Red Alert,type CYBERWIN.
c.After installation you may run Red Alert & play Cyber Alert.

5.UNINSTALLING

To uninstall Cyber Alert,type UNDOS to uninstall the DOS version of Cyber
Alert/type UNWIN to uninstall the WIN 95 version of Cyber Alert

files & how to make them.I would also like to thank my friend Wong Hon Mun
who is the beta tester of this new rules modification through modem games as
well as Lewks(Zero Cool) as a beta tester of this rules modification through
