Mix Manager Versions History

Version 1.0 [ 14-Dec-1995 ]
First version of the Mix Manager. It has text, hex and palette file
viewers. It allows extracting and replacing of files.

Version 2.0 [ 22-Dec-1995 ]
A map viewer has been added, together with SVGA support. A last column has
also been added to display the offsets.

Version 2.1 [ 05-Jan-1996 ]
A bug has been corrected that prevented the last file in the MIX to be
replaced correctly. I/O error checking has been added in many places so
that an error while extracting or replacing a file will no longer generate
  a runtime error.

Version 2.2 [ 12-Jan-1996 ]
Corrects another bug in the replace routine. Also gives default extension
  .BIN to map files.
I tought I'd never release this version, but I had to, because it took me
a long time to finish version 3.

Versions 2.98a-2.99d [ Spring 1996 ]
  Various beta-versions of version 3.
Versions up to 2.99a have been released exclusively to the members of
  C&C:IE.
  For features, see version 3.
