New in version 1.1:
Just the little picture you see in the map selection screen... I don't think this will
affect multiplayer compatability, but it just makes the map look a little prettier is all =P

Intro:
Welcome to my first map, Ridge of Doom.  I made this map the way it is for several reasons.
First, I wanted to prove that I could make a map that looked almost as good as the ones that
came with the game itself.  I also really like the circular ridge as a terrain feature, and
combined with the ramp that winds around inside of it and the three jutting "platforms", I
feel that some very interesting deathmatch tactics can also be used on this map.  The main 
theatre of battle in this map is the large circular ridge near the middle of the map.  When 
playing with only two players, both should agree to fight in the middle since the map is a
little two large for two people to just go randomly hunting eachother down.  Inside is a 
winding ramp and several platforms.  You can enter the ridge from the North, East or South.  
Also, there are lateral ridges to the north and south that contain several interesting 
powerups, and sometimes you'll find nice weapons around the ridge too.  These lateral ridges
were added to fill in the flat terrain around the main ridge, and also have enough powerups
scattered throughout them that in larger deathmatch games these ridges become almost as 
important as the main ridge.  I hope you enjoy the map, and you can definetely expect to see
a new map from me soon!

Installation:
1) All the files in the zip need to be unzipped into your \addon sub-directory (should be 
something like Battlezone\addon).  Here's a list of the required files:

multdma1.bzn multdma1.trn multdma1.mat multdma1.hgt multdma1.lgt multdma1.des

2) Make sure that you don't accidentally edit these or erase one, or else the map won't
work at all.

3) Finally, the toughest part is that you need to add the map into your deathmatch map 
listing so you can play it.  This listing is in the form of the netmis.txt file.  It's 
located in your Battlezone root directory (i.e. Battlezone\), and you need to add the
following line to it: (the easiest place is usually on the blank line after the last
map that is in there)

multdma1.bzn    multdma1.des    2 8     netveh.txt D Ridge of Doom

A quick way to do this is by highlighting that entire line with your mouse, hitting 
ctrl-c to copy the text, and then pick a blank line in your netmis.txt, get a cursor there, 
and hit ctrl-v to copy the line.

4) Next time you play multiplayer, you should see "Ridge of Doom" as one of the Deathmatch
maps...  I think you know what to do after that!
