This is the third in my series of IA maps set on mire, following
 on from Marshland and Cornered.

 Objectives :

After the destruction of the command carrier "Iguana" and the battle
that followed, ISDF command ordered a full investigation of the
incident. Surveys carried out at the ruins of the nearby scion
base revealed no evidence of a weapon powerful enough to take
down a command carrier from orbit. This leads to the conclusion
that the scions must have at least one other base somewhere on the
 planet.
An operation has been launched to flush the enemy out from hiding,
things are not going well, the enemy presence is much higher than was
anticipated. You have been cut off from the main army. Your unit is
trapped in a narrow canyon and is under heavy enemy fire. You must
try and get your recycler to the other end of the canyon, where you
will be able to establish a base.
I am sorry commander but we can offer you no assistance here, we are
experiencing heavy resistance on all fronts, there is however a service
vehicle also stranded somewhere in that canyon, if you can reach it,
it may be of some help to you. Apart from that commander you are on your
 own.

  Good Luck

 ISDF Command

 Additional :

To play the map go to instant action and select The Long March .

It is advised that you take care when deploying your recycler, when
you reach the end of the canyon, the ground there may look pretty flat,
but there is only one area there where you will be able to build a base of
 any decent size.

For best results play this mission on the hard settings.
