Credits  : All I did to make this patch was to combine two patches together
	     they being Morph, and Chase cam, v3.2. So credit and respect goes
             to Jeff Epler (jepler@inetnebr.com) for Morph, and Rob Albin
             (albinatr@apci.net) for Chase Cam, as they made the two patches
             to start with. All I did was take code from one patch and put it
             in the other...nothing much really. Respect to ever-e-1 in the
             Quake community...

Description of the Modification
-------------------------------

This patch allows you to morph into various monsters.

Impulse 90: Human
Impulse 91: Zombie
Impulse 92: Vole (aka shal-rath)
Impulse 93: Scrag (aka wizard)
Impulse 94: Hell Knight
Impulse 95: Shambler
Impulse 96: Fiend (aka demon1)
Impulse 97: Ogre

Use Impulse 1 and 2 to change between missiles and slashing

And then view them externally with the ChaseCam.

Impulse 30: ChaseCam (on\off)
Impulse 31: LaserSight (on\off)
Impulse 32: Normal tracking\Strafe tracking
