==================================================

Written December 15, 1999

System Requirments
=================
You must have Win95, 98 or WinNT, and the retail version of Quake III Arena.

Installation
=================
To insure that OnTheWay works properly, follow these instructions: Unzip the files into the Q3test directory and make sure that the "use folder names" check box is checked. OnTheWayQ3A will automatically create a subdirectory in your Quake III Arena directory called "onthewayq3a." Once unzipped run on the way by double-clicking the onthewayq3a.exe icon.

Known Bugs/Problems/Restrictions
================================
Map filenames cannot exceed 25 characters (so far this hasn't been a problem).

Long load time: It currently take several seconds to scan through the pak files when OnTheWay loads. We are looking to decrease the load time in subsequent versions.
