One Man Army for Quake 3
Version 090

This is the first release of One Man Army for Quake 3: Arena.  There is also a version for
Unreal Tournament available.  Check the OMA homepage (http://orion.brandonu.ca/oma/) to download the
UT version, or updates of the Q3A version.

The basic gameplay works like deathmatch with one difference: only one person can get frags at a time. 
The game starts with a free for all after which the first killer becomes "it".  That person now gets 
frags for killing anyone else, but everyone else can only get frags by killing him, which causes that 
person to become "it".  Gameplay continues as normal to the time or frag limit.  When someone becomes 
"it", their health is increased to 200 and they are given a 10 second Haste.  If they suicide, the game
returns to the free for all to decide who will be "it" next.

 - The first release
 - There is only one known bug.  One time we tested it, the game somehow caused the person who was "it"
   could not be touched by any weapon or player (and hence, they had a clear route to victory).  During
   the test, Friendly Fire was turned off (not recommended to enjoy the game to the fullest).  This may
   or may not have been the cause.  If you think you know what caused the problem, or find another bug,
   please let us know.
 - There may also be some balancing issues (the player who is "it" may be too powerful, or not
   powerful enough).  Feel free to give us your opinions on how the game should play.
