enemies can use to pump you full of lead), but it's a very powerful attack ^_^

Ammo mods
---------
I replaced shells with ion cells and nails with plasma.

                Ion Cells Plasma Missiles
Small packs 30 50 6
Big packs 60 100 12
Max. amount 150 250 200

On picking up a new weapon, the weapon is only changed if the weapon picked up
is better (also in single player and co-op).

New features in Minako Quake 1.92
---------------------------------
- finally got the original Railgun pickup- and weapon model converted ^_^
Getting the models converted properly was difficult enough already, but that
  was nothing compared to the skinning which was quite a pain in the ass ^_^;;
Quake1 and Quake2 use completely different skinning methods and also
completely different color palettes, so you can't simply convert the skin...
But eventually, after many toil and trouble, I got it to look right.
- made the railgun trail now yellow-orange and made it looking more spirally.
(Too bad I can't make the trail blue... oh well...)
- new weapon: Particle Cannon ^_^ Rapidly fires accelerated particles with some
spread. Even comes with Secondary fire mode ^_^
- made Photon Torpedo Launcher and Scatter Missile into one weapon. Primary
fire mode now fires a scatter missile and Secondary fire mode fires three
  photon warheads.
- added support for the snakeman monster, so you can play maps that use it with
  Minako Quake.
- rewrote some of the code.

Choose your Senshi
==================
You can now change the Senshi whenever you want by a single keypress ^_^
To change to the next Senshi in the list, press 'z' (y on German kb).
To change to the previous senshi, press 'x'.
The list does wrap around.

Sailor Venus
Sailor Moon
Sailor Mercury
Sailor Mars
Sailor Jupiter
Sailor Saturn
Sailor Neptune
Sailor Uranus
Sailor Pluto
Sailor Teen-Chibimoon (from ep. #158)

Weapon List
===========
To change between Primary Fire mode (Pri) and Secondary Fire mode (Sec),
press 'm' (only if you're using the default key settings).

Light Saber
-----------
Just like the one from Star Wars ^_^

Energy Rifle
------------
Pri: The good firing rate of this assault rifle makes it a fine allround
weapon. Really good for shooting many small enemies in no time!
Sec: Fires five energy bolts at once, one straight forward and one each
spreading up, down, left and right. Good for hard-to-hit targets to make
sure they're at least hit by one, but not suited for close combat because
of the bad firing rate in this mode.

Ion-Burst Rifle
---------------
Pri: Fires seven ion bursts in an infinity-sign-shaped pattern which spread up
horizontally and vertically. Now you don't need to aim too carefully
     anymore.
Sec: n/a

Plasma Reaper
-------------
Pri: THE solution against overcrowded areas! Fires green death at a high speed.
Sec: n/a

Vulcan Cannon
-------------
Pri: Hoses rounds at an incredible speed, but the shots themselves aren't too
strong. A great weapon for covering areas.
Sec: n/a

Photon Grenade Launcher
-----------------------
Pri: Shoots two photon warheads which can cover different areas if bounced off
     correctly.
Sec: n/a

Photon Torpedo Launcher
-----------------------
Pri: The scatter missile first behaves like a normal missile when fired, but
then, about half-way, it scatters into five warheads with one going
straight and one each going up, down, left and right, giving you a much
better saturation than with a normal missile ^_^ Especially good against
enemies who can'tstand still. If the scatter missile should hit someone
(or something) before it scatters, it explodes like a normal missile (but
still about two times as strong as a normal rocket). However, unless the
target it hits is nearby, this will not happen since the warheads are
     rather fast.
Sec: Fires three photon warheads in an upside-down triangle. The warheads
spread up, so you have a good coverage there.
You get it together with the Railgun.

Railgun
-------
Probably you know it already from Quake2 - its projectiles (slugs) leave a
characteristic corkscrew trail. This one has even more features as it can fire
two different types of slugs.
Pri: Pierce slugs. They are just like the original, they have a very high speed
and even go through monsters (or other players).
Sec: Heavy slugs. They are stronger, but also slower and don't go through
     anything.
It's a fine weapon for distance battles and close combat alike ^_^

Particle Cannon
---------------
The Particle Cannon is a rapid-fire weapon similar to the Vulcan cannon, but it
only fires one shot at a time instead of multiple like the Vulcan Cannon - in
exchange, the shots are much stronger. Also, the shots spread up instead of
just going straight forward.
Pri: High firing rate, small spread
Sec: Stronger shots, wider spread and lower firing rate
You get it together with the Vulcan Cannon.

Senshi attacks
==============
Senshi attacks can always be executed (as long as you have enough ammo).

Sailor Venus Love Me chain
--------------------------
The Love Me Chain fulfills the same function as a hook, so you can use it e.g.
to reach otherwise unreachable spots or superation Lava streams unharmed.
It can be used to attack enemies as well.

Sailor Venus Crescent Beam
--------------------------
The Crescent Beam creates a big explosion on impact, so you better don't be too
close on impact.

Sailor Mars Burning Mandala
---------------------------
The Burning Mandala creates 8 rings of fire in a circle around you which fly at
your enemy one after each other.

Moon Tiara Action
-----------------
The attack used by Sailor Moon in the first season to dispose of the Youmas -
quite effective. It throws a disc-like projectile at the enemy.

Sailor Mercury Shabon Spray Freezing
------------------------------------
Sailor Mercury's attack shoots bubbles which freeze anything on impact. Gives
the enemies rather harmful chilblains.

Jupiter Oak Evolution
---------------------
This attack creates a storm of electrically charged leaves that fly at the
enemies.

World Shaking
-------------
Sailor Uranus hurls a golden ball of energy that races across the gound towards
its hapless enemies.

How to use
==========
You must have Minako Quake 1.9x installed before using this.
Rename "minako-quake-update.zip" to "minako.zip" (select it and press F2), then
place it in your Quake directory (e.g. "C:\Game\Quake"). Right-click on it and
select "Extract to C:\Game\Quake\minako". Answer "Yes" if it asks to overwrite
files (simply click on "Yes to all" if it asks to overwrite).

Start Quake like this:
    quake -game minako
or, for GL Quake:
    glquake -game minako
If you need to specify further options, just append them.

*****************************************************
THIS WORKS WITH THE REGISTERED VERSION OF QUAKE ONLY.

All demos display correctly, i.e. without my new models. (as long as they
weren't used when recording the demo)
