Usage:  Run pcx2m8.exe (Requires Win95), use the "Add file" button to select
pcx files to convert.  When you have added all the files you want to convert, press
"Convert" and it will output a .m8 file for every .pcx file (in the same directory
as the .pcx file).  Press "Clear" to clear the list, or "Exit" to leave the program. 

Yes, this is written for windows.  It'd be incredibly easy to make
a commandline version.  Just have it convert(filename).  Why didn't
I do this?  I like windows.  It seemed a lot easier to have a little
GUI.  If you don't like it, change it.
