1:1 WHAT THE "T@TSU'S AUTOEXEC.CFG" FILE DOES...

My "T@tsu's Autoexec.cfg" file is designed to maximize performance for older computers. This configuration allows for maximum speed on all system but at the cost of visual perfomance. Most of the compromises are standards for this type of file. Shadows, spraypainting, bullet holes, explosion blast marks, advanced lighting effect and texture smoothing are all disabled. Sound effects too have been lowered to 8bit stereo with no ambiant sound effects such as echo in confined spaces, water dripping, fans blowing, and lights humming. The joystick is enabled but you should still need configure it within HALF-LIFE.

The x key is bound as the "Data Transfer Rate" key.
The m key is bound as the "Modem Speed (framerate)" key.

This means if you press the x key you will cycle from 5000-2000 bps and cycles back to 5000 after 2000.
This means if you press the m key you will cycle between "Low Modem Speed" and "Hi Modem Speed".

1:2 WHAT THE "T@TSU'S DEVELOPERS EDITION AUTOEXEC.CFG FILE DOES...

The "T@tsu's Developers edition Autoexec.cfg" is same as the The "T@tsu's Autoexec.cfg" file with the following differances...

1. In singleplayer when you load the game you will be in "thirdperson" mode(you will be seeing your player from behind)
2. The settings for your player model, name and colors will be displayed on the in-game model.***and***
3. The b key is bound as switch between first and thirdperson view

1:3 WHAT THE "T@TSU'S SIDEWINDER GAMPAD.CFG" FiLE DOES...

This file is designed to get the Microsoft Sidewinder Gamepad to work with HALF-LIFE if you have enabled it. The Buttons still need to be configured within HALF-LIFE but at least you should stop spinning in circle or not moveing at all! The turn left/right is a bit slow, but that is on purpose(to allow more presice movements). If your mouse is your primary aiming device this should be no problem. =)
