Expert for Quake2 optional replacement explosion animation

This simplified version of the rocket explosion animation uses just 48 faces 
per frame rather than the original's 264 faces per frame, so it will render 
in a fraction of the time.  This means multiple explosions can be visible 
without a severe drop in framerate.  The explosion is also a lot smaller 
so that it doesn't obscure your view.  On the downside, the original explosion 
animation actually had three variants, where the new model has just one.  
The new model also doesn't look as good when explosions are very near the 
ceiling.  During actual combat the difference (other than the size of the 
explosion and the lack of a speed drop) isn't noticeable.

This replacement model is bundled in a PAK file named pak7.pak.  Make sure 
you do not overwrite any existing pak7.pak.  If there is an existing pak7.pak, 
you can replace the "7" in the file name with any digit.

If you would like to use the custom rocket explosion in ctf games, 
unzip into quake2/ctf.
If you would like to use the custom rocket explosion in expert deathmatch 
games, also unzip into quake2/expert.
Unzipping into quake2/baseq2 will cover both cases and cause the model to 
be used in all games, but be aware that use of this model in non-Expert 
games will be considered cheating by most players.  The smaller explosion 
size gives an advantage in some heavy rocket fights.
