New console variable:

   team_kill			-- defaults to "0"
    Enables/Disables team killing. For more structured gameplay, defaults to team killing disabled.

New Features:
   * Better speed code
   * 95% of all major server-crashing bugs fixed
   * Overflow errors reduced
   * New config files just for servers
   * Added options for clients: dday_menu_main, dday_menu_team, dday_menu_class
   * New option in team member that automatically selects which team has the less amount of players.

   * Included the missing maplist.ini 
   * Various other undocumented features / bugfixes. =)
