1.  VWEP support added.  Thanks goes out to Hentai over at VWEP for
    allowing us to modify it to suit our needs.
2.  Ammo Packs and Bandoliers now respawn.
3.  Selected weapon now persistant across respawns.
4.  Players now discard ammo instead of weapons when dying.
5.  Firing rate of rocket launcher was slightly reduced.

1.  Player changing classes is broadcasted when they respawn.
2.  Can directly set toggletp by using "cmd toggletp on/off".  
    No options will just toggle the thrust prediction.
3.  Non-Techy characters can't pickup the power armor.

1.  Support for version 3.14 of quake2.
2.  Rate of fire of NavySeal's shotgun increased.
3.  Vampire cannot suckhealth and fire weapon at same time.
    Suckhealth damage and give back increased.
4.  Prediction while thrusting is now an option.  Use "toggletp" to toggle
    whether you want to use the prediction code while thrusting or not.
    Prediction code not recomended for internet play, but is recomended
    for LAN play.
5.  Rocketman can drop a series of five bombs beneath him at the cost of
    five rockets with the command "carpetbomb".
6.  Coop play support (not perfect yet)
7.  Teamplay by model and skin supported.  WARNING:  there seems to be a
    bug while in teamplay mode.  It occurs when a elevator or door tries to
    gib a deadbody.  We're looking into it now.

1.  NavySeal's C4 charges are now detonated remotely and are made shootable.
2.  Sapper's damage reduced slightly.
3.  Sapper not dying while sapping and invulnerable fixed.
4.  Radius damage redone so that full damage is taken when right next to 
explosion, 1/4 damage at max radius, and a linear function in between.
5.  Added new lasergun skins and new female soldier skin.
6.  Vampire jump moved to separate key: vampjump, for smoother game play.
