Hyper Em Deluxe - Readme File

How to Use SI6 Files:
SI6 files work in the same way as SI5 files, only they support skins. If you've ever used Winamp or Quakeworld, then you'll know what I mean. If not...a skin is a background image that can be used to customize the Hyper Em interface.

To assign a skin to an SI6 file, simply make a bitmap that is 593 x 355 in size (Open "default.bk6" in any paint program to see how the bitmap should look). When you make your bitmap, save it with the same name as the SI6 file, only with the extension .bk6

Example:
Program File Name - c:\mame\Mame.exe
SI6 File Name - c:\hyperem\Mame Emulator.si6
SI6 Skin File Name - c:\hyperem\Mame Emulator.bk6

If a skin hasn't been assigned to an SI6 file, Hyper Em will automatically load "default.bk6" as the background.
