Weapons Factory         : Absolutely ! 
Testing                 : Not a lot. If anyone comes up with any bugs,

Base                    : None, totally from scratch.

Known Bugs              : None.
Build Time              : About a month, off an on (mostly on)
QBSP3 Time              : 120 seconds
QVIS3 Time              : 3365 seconds
QRAD Time (ArghRAD)     : 32760 seconds (always use ArghRAD, it ROCKS !!!)

* General Info *

   I wanted this one to REALLY take teamwork to capture the flag, so the
Flag room is large, with only one way in/out.  If you don't like it because
of this, please don't E-mail me, I already know that some folks won't.
  Much thanks to WildThang (Bill Barber), Loper (Mark Cartwright) and the 
others who helped test the level under full load.

* Basic Strategy *

Protect your flag.  Get the other one.  No Secrets, no powerups. Just kill
or be killed, basically.


* Copyright / Permissions *

Permission granted to share over the internet for free, just give me 
credit for making the thing. (That is, don't cut my name out of the opening...)
If you want to distribute this level via any media for profit, you must 
contact me to offer me a cut....
