Adopt-A-Mod was written in Java 1.1. In order to run it, you'll
need the Java Runtime Environtment, available at http://www.javasoft.com/.
Just execute the adoptamod.class file and it will do the rest. In
order to execute, Adopt-A-Mod requires a few files. First of
all is the mods.txt. This contains all of the mods on the list.
If you follow the format of the other entries, you should have
no problem adding any new ones. Adopt-A-Mod will support several
mods running in the same directory assuming that the mod has a
specific 'gamename'. This is most often used with the 'ctf'
directory, but it will support other directories. Just put in
the directory and the name of the mod and it will do the rest.
The second file Adopt-A-Mod uses is template.html. This is the
html template for the page. If you want to change what the output
page looks like, change this. It will insert the data where
the Adopt-A-Mod comment is found. I think that covers everything...
