Installation and Startup
========================
- Unzip the lsrmnctf.zip into your quake2\ctf directory
  (overwrite the existing gamex86.dll)

- To start the server do it just like you would a regular
  CTF server


Server Commands
===============
The id command is what uses up the most cpu time of the server
if your server cpu is getting maxed out play with these settings:
  allowid 0         This disables the 'id' function for everyone (best server cpu performace)
  allowid 1	    (default), id on for everyone (should probably use this one)
  allowid 2	    uses almost as little cpu time as turning it off but you have to be looking pretty much head on at them


MidnightCTF
  midnightctf 1     enables midnightctf (all lights off)
  midnightctf 0     (default) disables midnightc (all lights normal)

Flood Protection  
  flood_msgs        number of msgs a user can flood before he is muted
  flood_persecond   number of seconds user can speak flood_msgs messages before muted
  flood_waitdelay   number of seconds user is silenced 

Other Options (set to 1 or 0:  1=on 0=off)
  spam_cannon       gives flooders the spam cannon (requires allow_download 1)
  fair_teams        flashes icon and messages when teams are uneven and bigger team is winning

  
Client Commands
===============
  flare             shoots out a flare (in midnightctf only) that last 30 seconds
  flashlight	    activates the players flashlight
  micronuke	    activates the micronuke (destroys lasermines also)
