 - Blaster randomly explodes on contact adding a secondary damage
    (WILL HURT SHOOTER)
 - Energy weapons (blaster, hyperblaster, and BFG) have a secondary
    discharge damage when fired underwater (WILL HURT SHOOTER)

	When you pickup health, it goes into your HP pool
		(displayed at top of screen)
	When you are hurt, you must stand still for more than 3 seconds
	At that time you will become cloaked and start to heal
	You can turn and jump but if you move forward or backward
		you will stop healing and come out of cloak
	While cloaked, you cannot fire your weapon
